"We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. "The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced.
