"Easy to find and only 5 mins from Sandbanks by car. Our RV was in good condition but the queen-sized mattress is due for replacement. The interior was very clean and stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. There was only one condiment, salt. We didn't use the stove or oven because the propane bbq provided had a side burner and worked like a charm. Don't expect much privacy as the units are close together and far from soundproof. "I thought the fact that they charge you an extra $20 to stay on the ground floor was awful. I also thought that they charge you an extra $20/hour for each hour early that you check in was absolutely ridiculous. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have never heard of a hotel doing that especially if the room is ready anyways!"
