Okay place. I found it a bit too expensive for what it really is... Kitchen walls and dishes as well as bathroom walls would need to be a bit cleaner. Other than this, an okay option.

Underrated stayover.
Totally enjoyed my overnight stay. Extremely comfortable bed! Quiet. Hole in the wall. Located conveniently near a mall, currency exchange and Tim Horton's.

The wifi quality no good at all. Very low wifi quality and poor signal, loosing the connection once a while The TV didn't work. No TV channel, no tv signal.

Hi Allen you book the queen room I give you two bed in the room and I also offer other room and our housekeeping lady asking if you still need to do something im here and when you book the room price was there now you saying is too expensive i need money back sorry for that if you feel like this thank you.

Left as soon as we could.
I would have been fine with this sh*t hole at it's proper price of about $60-$80 per night but because it was during a long weekend, the price was jacked to $328.00 after taxes. Absolutely unacceptable. Made sure anything that touched the carpet went right into wash when we got home. My wife wanted to burn it all. Lady at the front desk was very nice.

Resonable pricing, will stay again, needed a new tv in the room it was going, had one thick line threw the middle, room smelt like there was sitting water, needs a better vent system, i give the place a 4.5 star

Friendly owners. But for the price, one would expect a clean room and in better repair. Carpet had so many stains, I kept my shoes on at all times. Smell of smoking in the room was really bad. Tired looking everything. Last time I stayed in a room like that I only had to pay 40 dollars for the night.

Air conditioning leaked floors were wet and it's carpet sat on couch was wet and smelled like pee.... Water pressure sucks and the room smelled, blood on bathroom floor I think either way wasn't cleaned

Avoid this motel
Avoid this motel. Conditions were terrible, bathroom was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the walls and doors are not clean at all. The entire place could use a good cleaning. Air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep at night. If you turn it off it becomes unbearably hot. Our none smoking room also smelled like cigarette.

Pack your own cleaners, toilet paper and bedding. The rooms are dirty and bathrooms unusable without cleaning them first. We also used bed bug spray to be sure and we aren't picky people but this place is a dive.

It was a good stay considering the price we paid. The only but, neighbor's at the room next to us, too loud. Running and jumping in the middle of the night.

This place is falling apart. Cleanliness is very bad. For example, the shower curtain was so old it had black mold growing in it. Owner's wife was terribly rude. If the price had been 50$/night, I wouldn't complaint. But considering how much we paid, it should have been much better.

It bad for a basic motel
We payed more than we would have liked for such a basic motel, but it was the long weekend and it was the closest available near Prince Edward County. The motel room was basic with some tired furniture. It did offer new sheets and towels, and was mostly clean except for old toothpaste on the bathroom door. It was fine for what we needed and close to amenities.

Never again
The room looked fine at first. Then I realized, nowhere to hang closes, 1 washcloth and one small towel per person. Painted over panel walls. Uncomfortable bed. Only two pillows. Not worth the price that I paid.

The non-smoking room stunk from cigarette smoke. The bed linens were worn out and needed replacement. Bed was uncomfortable. Room had a kitchenette that was greasy looking. Appliances needed replacing. Mildew in the bathroom. The entire room needed a thorough cleaning.

Hi we are sorry if you feel like that but room is not that bad.and we are pet friendly but not all room you have two dog still i give you room. and that is not smoking room.and when mostly guest sitting out side they not close the door. thank you let us know.

If there is no where else, this place will work
When we first checked in our room was terrible. It smelt like someone chained smoked all night. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for a different room. The lady didn't want to change our room at first, but reluctantly did. Our second room was much better. No smoke smell alittle more space and a tv that worked. For the price it was not worth it.

First room was extremely spacious and in good condition. Unfortunately it had no heat so had to move to much smaller room that was not as comfortable. Overall the room was clean, staff good and location of hotel excellent. Good value for the price.
