For the price, it was a great deal. Building is somewhat dated but our room was kind of updated. It was quiet at night. There is a pool, gym and breakfast included. For the time we spent there and in the room, it was a good deal. Would probably return.

Breakfast needs bacon or sausage ! There are still a lot of people like me that eat that . People at Tim Hortons who might not allow it in their homes serve sausage and bacon in their breakfast sandwiches . No reason not to have it in your hotel .

The harbour view is beautiful and from the outside this looks like a high-end hotel. We also liked the indoor pool. This was not a cheap hotel cost-wise. However, the current management appears to be running it into the ground. We saw a room door with a large hole in it. The lobby on our floor (3rd floor) was hideous. The door to the balcony was off the track and was very difficult to slide. We also found that the workout machine that we wanted to use in the small gym was broken, as well as the ice machine was out of order.

The check in staff were friendly, but the rooms are very dated with stained tub and wallpaper peeling. The bed was so bad it had a big indent in it. The so called hot breakfast is not. I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never given a hotel a review like this before.

First off, I want to start this review with praising the amazing staff. They are all friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast area was bright and sunny- though we were disappointed we were not allowed to bring food up to our room (as per the sign on the door)… breakfast in bed is the best part of a hotel stay. It was a bit of a bummer. Downsides? The hotel is an absolute wreak. There was dried urine on the back of our toilet, the dust on things like the pictures, bed frame and the corners of the room were horrifying. We tried to find another hotel to move to, but everything was booked and we were stuck having to stay there. The hotel is incredibly dated- the elevator areas on the 4th floor were full of stains, the ceilings aged to yellow, and the corners are crumbling. Weirdly, the elevator itself was lovely.

Quality versus price was fair . The hotel itself is a bit neglected but was tolerable for what I needed . I was accompanied by my 12 year old for a tournament so he didn’t pay attention to the wall paper peeling off the walls, or the patio door being hard to shut or that the sound from the hallways . Pool area was ok . Personality I wouldn’t use it but the kids enjoyed it . Breakfast was convenient and for it being included in the price I’d say it was reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend for a romantic or therapeutic stay but for a in and out it was fine .

My girlfriend and I booked through Expedia for a discounted rate of $122 before taxes. We couldn’t be more disappointed. We stayed in a room beside a party room.The room itself was outdated, the ceiling panels were falling apart and there was mold. The air conditioning didn’t work and the lights were not turning on properly. With respect to our party neighbour, from 9PM-6AM the people that stayed in that room were loud, the music was loud and we could hear people yelling obscenities across the room. When we complained to the front desk the morning of our departure the staff member said she was sorry and did not elaborate further. I proceeded to ask if there was anything they could do because of our awful experience. We were told to contact Expedia directly. This is so disrespectful and it seems this hotel is trying to deflect their responsibility onto Expedia. I walked out in anger instead of getting angry at the staff. I don’t know if Ramada by Wyndham reads this or cares, but I want anyone who reads this to know this hotel is not worth it in the slightest. I’m looking for a proper apology by the hotel manager, corporate Ramada, a full refund and a thorough review of customer service and how they run operations at that hotel. Sincerely, A customer that never leaves bad reviews until now

You have booked your reservation with Expedia and that is the third party website. henceforth, mostly all kind of things are controlled/handled by them about the reservation (such as any amendments in the reservation or any sort of compensation). You have paid to them directly so this is the reason that you were requested to contact them about the compensation. Once again we are extremely sorry about the fact that you did not have a peaceful night.

Very nice hotel! Stayed here twice before! Everything about it has been awesome, sucks that the pool isn’t open, but understandable. Had a few times where we had to wait for staff to assist a little longer than expected, but they were busy and working hard so very understandable! Great hotel, very hospitable and friendly! Will definitely be back!

The room we were provided was on the 4th floor, the room was clean but the heat didn't work. The people staying beside us, also did not have heat. Rooms are paper thin could hear next door room very easily. Told front desk next morning about no heat, they just said sorry did not seemed concerned. The people who stayed next to us also told front desk about no heat also same response, so sorry. The indoor pool was not operational also. The breakfast offered in the morning was good waffles, eggs, bagels, toast. In the future we will not be returning due to lack of concern over heating issues

I went from going to give it a decent rating to a one star rating. I was willing to overlook the fact that they were doing big renos and we didn’t know until we got to our floor to tiles everywhere and having to lift our luggage above it all to get to our room. I was willing to overlook that they don’t serve meat at breakfast because the owners don’t eat pork. I cannot overlook the fact that it’s almost 1:00am now and they are working on those renos outside our bedroom. People go to a hotel to sleep. Why are renos being done in the middle of the night? Worst hotel experience ever.

They did not give me the room i ordered. Iam disabled and they had no one to help me get my bags to my room. The bathroom in my room had a peeling resurfacing in the bathroom and a rusty grab bar over top of a newer longer one. I took a Video of it. i could send it to you if you want to see for yourself. I did not request a better room because i was too exhausted by the time I got in the room and didn't checkout the tub until the morning. Maybe that is what get for the low price of $80, but I've had better for less.

I arrived at 3:24 and found no one at the desk. I waited a significant portion of time to the point of starting to google other hotels I could check into in place of here. Check in is from 3:00 on and unsure why a break by staff always taken in and around check in time. There was a sign stating they would return in 15 min.
