"Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"The cottage looked even better than the pictures. It was my husband and I with 2 of my grown sons and 2 granddaughters. They loved that they could walk to the beach. And no sand in the car. Beds were comfy and house had plenty of room. Yard was spacious for a cottage. And the neighbors were very friendly. Beautiful tree outback and a very large table and umbrella. We had BBQs and a fire at night and it was nice and quiet. Our 4 nights there were very cloudy and we still went to the beach...

"Our stay was fine. The house did what it was suppose to do, it allowed us to sleep, eat breakfast, and pack lunches to explore RI. The queen bed was only a double, the kitchen had enough plates & utensils for a family of 4, and there isn’t any comfortable seating. It was clean."

"Our extended family group of 12 recently stayed here and everybody loved this house. We were a mixed group of older kids and parents. This house is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and it feels like a home not a rental. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided from bikes, kayaks and games to spacious bunk rooms and so many areas to relax and hang out. "This house is beautiful. Very well taken care of and immaculate. The location is perfect. Very quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. Quick drive into town which has a variety of excellent restaurants. Owners provided an amazing amount of information prior to our trip with activity and dining recommendations. House was very well-stocked with everything from kitchen items to beach towels to outdoor games. Already looking forward to booking again for next year!"

"Advertised as sleeps 8, there was only 3 queen beds not enough room for my family od 6 adults and 2 children. We used couch and love seat but there was no extra blanks or pillows. And only a set of 4 for dishes. Adding extra pillows blankets and dishes would make this place perfect! I travel a lot and would rent again. Clean, central location very safe and secure location. I'll would definitely stay again!!"
