We are the Berman's, my name is Joshua, my wife Nancy, two sons live in the home. We have a beautiful guest bedroom with a separate entrance. You will have a private full bathroom and a private patio. We provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Perfect little place. Clean and inviting. Owners are super commutative. Great location within walking distance of some great restaurants, bars and a cute little coffee shop on the water.

Perfect place for a weekend in Portsmouth/Bristol

Nice and clean place in a pretty quiet neighborhood. I was doing a writer’s retreat/staycation kind of thing, and it was perfectly situated to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries. The space was private and quiet, which was exactly what I wanted! Thank you!

This was a comfortable spot.It was very clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the beach and the restaurants we visited. Two drawbacks: We couldn't figure out the tv and the chickens woke my husband. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had a great getaway weekend. The vrbo location was close to the water and local attractions. I was happy with how clean and organized the place was, spacious layout with a nice small deck to enjoy the sunset + take in the R.I breeze.

Nice studio with lots of room and a cute little deck for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Newport! It’s just a few blocks to the beach in a quiet little area. Perfect location for taking in the sights of Newport and the surrounding areas!
