"Beautifully restored that manages to hold on to the historical elements while bringing the decor into the present. Staff couldn’t have been more wonderful! Everyone was engaging, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and beautiful. Lively bar scene and delicious food in the restaurant. All means this is where we will stay again next time we are in Birmingham!"

"We love the staff (reception ladies especially)!! Only downside is the indoor pool is “under maintenance” and they don’t know when it will be opened again. Still a great stay though!"

"Our two night stay. The room was very comfortable in size. The television did not work very well as we had to giggle the cable often to keep the picture working where we could watch. Breakfast was good. All that you would need to get your day going. If I were back in the area I would stay again."
