Beautifully renovated home in the heart of Clear lake

Under The Lilac Tree is a short walk to the city beach and park, Surf Ballroom, restaurants, shopping and all the great amenities Clear Lake to offer! There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away.

The interior and exterior of this 100 year old house was fully renovated in recent years. It is tastefully decorated with equipped with everything you need to either relax and enjoy the views or get out and explore the lake and surrounding areas.

Family Lake House Get Away

Summer at the lake
This was our fourth summer vacation at Under the Lilac Tree. Beautiful, renovated home with the perfect Clear Lake location. Great neighborhood - walkable to all things "Clear Lake". We plan to return in 2024.

Go fly a kite
Went to Clear Lake for the kite festival. This location was perfect. Just a half a block to the lake where the colorful kites were flying. Well equipped facility

This house was so adorable!! Perfect location to downtown Clear Lake.
The house was clean and very spacious. Plenty of parking in the back of the house. This house had everything we needed for hosting our girls weekend get together. Plenty of serving platters, pans, dishes to even a coffee grinder. We will definitely rent this again next year!
