"Hosts were incredible and easy to communicate with, very quick! Our family stayed here for college graduation and it was a fantastic, welcome retreat from the Canal Park and downtown area. We love the North Shore and it was a most delightful stay. I think the ONLY thing I said it was missing was toothpicks, haha! Seriously, everything was fantastic! I felt very "at home" which was important to me as the mom of the college grad with lots of family to attend to, the last thing I needed to worry...

"My son got married at Larsmont Cottages and they dont accept dogs. So we rented the cabin for 3 nights so the dog could come with us. We couldn't have been more pleased, we had everything we needed and the place was spotless. We had plenty of room and enough bathrooms to get ready for the wedding festivities each day. Lovely views of the ships on the lake too."

"This was the ponderous, perfect for me and my 3 kids 8,5 and 2. We will definitely come back next year as we come up this way every year for a long Mother’s Day weekend. The place was clean and well put together the fire place was a hit also facing WiFi and a tv was nice for the day it rained. Loved using the bike trail so close! Definitely recommend."

Such a thoughtfully planned and decorated house, had everything we needed, and spectacular view of the lake and MN landscape. Made dinner there, played provided games, and happily sat on the comfiest of couches while reading and enjoying the views. Thanks so much!"

"The house was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The lower level was quite chilly but after we got the fireplace working , more comfortable. Not too many wanted to use the tub in the master as we didn’t want to clean it after each person. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!"

The property itself is set in beautiful northwoods acreage near Lake Superior (teensy bit of lake view and beautiful woodland views) with easy access to the North Shore and Duluth. It was squeaky clean, very warm, inviting and well stocked. Really, just perfect."

"We had a crew from a few places over Minnesota meet up for a race weekend at Giant's Ridge. We were able to all get to spend some much needed time together to catch up, all while having plenty of room for gear and being less than 10 minutes from the hill. The home was clean and Kris was so accommodating!"
