This is the 2nd time I have stayed @ this location. 1st time in rm 2 and 2nd time rms 4&5. All very well-appointed rooms. The value is on point! Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

This my second visit to 48 West. First time my partner and I booked the Vault, this time i was in the Treasury room. I cant wait to book the one with the hot tub and private deck.

One of the nicest boutique hotels ive ever stayed in. Spacious, beautifully designed, and the check in process was a breeze! The only unfortunate part was the location. Right at an intersection, so it was loud at times and fairly bright through the blinds - but we still managed to sleep ok. (They offer complimentary ear earplugs and sleep masks.) Would highly recommend.

Love the location and swanky digs! Fireplace! Oatmeal cookie! Scent sensitive, prefer no diffusions.Super lovely! A must! The town walkable and friendly. Loaded with dining/entertainment!

Interesting Hotel! Beautifully rooms, very comfortably. Its located on a main street, so it was a bit loud at night. Regardless, I'd still go back.

Best spot in Brockville
This is an excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of Brockville, very stylish, very comfortable. Didn't receive check in instructions, but was able to deal with that through a phone call.

The property was fantastic in many ways. The loft was very unique and cosy. The space was well thought out and offered a few different areas to lounge in which is better than your typical hotel room. Bed and bedding were good quality. Snack and coffee offerings were also a nice touch. Where it could use some help is storage for clothes. There is nothing in the bedroom. Better blinds on the window and blackout the arched window. Way too much light comes in to get a good night sleep. Also the tv was a pain in the arse. Overall it had more pros than cons. The town is beautiful.

Amazing suite. Was more like an air bnb then a hotel size wise. Lots of space. Lots of amenties to use. Kitchen. The robes were a nice touch. Noisy a bit at night but didnt bother us. The downtown area was a bit strange. Not many restaurants to choose from. And alot were closed. Free parking out back. Easy check in with a code.

Such a beautiful property and they’ve done an amazing job of turning an old period bank to a superb hotel. Very comfortable bed and the complimentary local craft beer and snacks were unexpected but appreciated after a long day of driving. The self check in was super easy and when we had a very minor issue and called the number provided in our room, the attendant was super friendly and solved our issue. No need for a front desk. Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a stay in The Thousand Islands area for sure.

magnificent stay by 1000 islands, 50 km away from boat tours and cruises in Ganonaque but it is absolutely worth it. clean, comfortable feel-like -home hotel, splendid interior design! highly recommended 😊

The suite itself was very impressive. But fit a premium priced property in a small city attention to details were missing. The front door has no wanted and you need to walk to the beach if the hotel. The elevator was out of service. One of the soap bottles in the shower was empty. There was no luggage rack or laundry bag in the closet. They had four confusing remotes for TV, air conditioning and heating. No check in staff on site just a for door code. Opportunities for improvement. Can't rely on the beauty of the room alone for repeat business.
