The only thing that I did not like in the room was the telephone wart which kept making hissing sounds. I unplugged it and went to sleep quietly.

It’s a close drive to the sights, activities and shopping in Brockville, but in a quiet area with a nice view. In the summer a nice little outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast and a great poutine place across the street ;)

The room was clean and decent for the price. The woman at the desk was very friendly. Unlike many other places they did not jack the prices up the day of the eclipse. I would stay here again if in Brockville.

Stayed there because it has a nice lawn where I could see the eclipse (as quite a few other people did). Nice, clean, fairly quiet but the walls are thin. Breakfast was ok.

Did stay two nights. Liked the over all service (a slow drain sink got fixed as soon a I reported it) and good breakfast. In the room I did miss a place to work, just a small table that was too high to use the laptop on so I was working sitting in the bed with the mouse on a book.

Great location for a quick trip… right by the lake. Close to historic Rockville, and just a quick drive to the more commercial side of the city. Lady with the British accent on arrival was very welcoming and always smiling and taking time to chat with the guests.. cheap and cheerful, does the job, but housekeeping in the bathroom was sadly lacking, grind dirt and pubic hair from the previous find. It goes without saying the facility is dated.. note to housekeeping, take a look in the coffee machine as something seems to be growing in there (sludge)
