“Great Great Great value for money”

The hotel was really nice! Great breakfast, great room, great location! The staff was really friendly and helpful, though their English was not that good... I'll certainly stay at Conte again whenever I go back to Buenos Aires!

Excellent service, breakfast and location. The room was clean as well as the blankets and the bed. The bathroom is big and clean too.

Hotel is located very close to all major attraction. Good service, very nice people. Bathroom was a bit small but clean.

“Good Hotel, Decent Price, central location”

Although the hotel has a modern entrance, the rooms are older but well kept and quite comfortable. It is definitely not a luxury hotel. Still, the air conditioning does work, the breakfast buffet and coffee are good, and the location is in a central location--walking distance to la Plaza de Mayo and even to Recoleta if you like walking. Still, if you are looking for something with more personality, probably better to pick un barrio like Palermo o San Telmo.

“Great for the money, very noisy location”

The hotel is nice, service was great and rooms were comfortable and large. The location of the hotel is nice because it is close to everything but it is located on 9 de Julio so there is nonstop traffic. The traffic is extremely noisy and the street is busy all of the time, even 3 or 4 in the morning. We were only here for one night so we dealt with the noise issue but I do not recommend the hotel for an extended stay as it can be difficult to get sleep.

The Conte Hotel was clean,comfortable and quiet.Conveniently located a block from the Obelisk and walking distance to pedestrian shopping area,and numerous restaurents/cafes.The included breakfast was very adequate and the hotel rate through Expedia was reasonable for a capital city.I would stay at this hotel again,and recommend it to other travellers.

“Best hotel of our entire 10 day Argentina trip!”

The Conte Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at in Argentina. It was very reasonably prices and had a good location, fantastic breakfast and clean/quiet rooms. The beds were very comfortable, hotel staff was very friendly and there was always at least 1 english speaking person at the front desk. We also had a great view right onto the main boulevard.

“Great hotel in Buenos Aires”

My stay here was wonderful. The hotel is very centrally located and the staff was amazingly helpful. There was always someone who spoke English at the front desk and they were always ready to offer suggestions on sightseeing, etc. The only negatives I noticed were that the beds weren't as comfortable as most 3* American hotels (but still perfectly fine) and, while my room was non-smoking, there was smoking in some rooms with a central air conditioning system. This meant that for certain (brief) periods my room would start smelling like cigarette smoke - but this usually cleared out in about 15min.

Considering that we have obtained a special rate through Expedia we are highly satisfied with the hotel.Although next to a very busy street our room was quiet.I spend at least 3 months a year travelling internationally and this hotel rates good value for money.I can recommend it but make sure that you get your discount rate
