Riversong Mountain Oasis has exceptionally breathtaking views of the South Toe River, which is only steps away from the cabin.A hot tub, lots of deck space, a grill, comfortable outdoor furniture and excellent fiber optic Wi-Fi. A fire-pit by the river to relax and unwind while listening to the harmonious sounds of the river or roast marshmallows under a blanket of stars. Bring your pets along. There a fenced in yard for your pets or kids to play in and enjoy. This cabin offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are located in the main house and the other is in the attached Mother-In-Law suite. Riversong Oasis offers access to nearby hiking, fishing, swimming and tubing and is conveniently located to some of the areas most popular attractions. Mt.Mitchell State Park is only a short 25 minute drive. Also, close by is golfing at
Mt. Mitchell Golf Course, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Emerald Village and much more. What are you waiting for?? The mountains are calling you!!

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

Beautiful Cabin
The cabin and property were absolutely beautiful! My Fiancé and I enjoyed walking our dog down the river and lounging in the hot tub watching the snow flurries. This is an amazing property for a relaxing getaway.

So peaceful
The property was clean and welcoming. Has a fully stocked kitchen so mealtime was a breeze. It’s very close to the beautiful sounds that come from the river. My one and only complaint is the descent downhill to get from the car to the front door. It’s paved with large rock that shift underfoot and there’s no lighting until you reach the deck. I’m an older woman so the rocky path made me feel a little nervous. Other than that, my friends and I had a blast and we are hating to leave. Thank you for our fun vacation.

We loved this place. Just far enough away from things to be relaxing, but not too far as to be an inconvenience. It is small and bigger folks may find a queen and the bedroom a tight fit. The house is very well appointed and we enjoyed the river view. Fire outside was a big plus. The grill was new. Hot tub buttons were confusing at first, it we figured it out. Hosts were readily available to help with instructions. We had to add water daily. Worth it for sure to sit in it and look take on the view.

CLEAN HOUSE , BAD WINDY ROADS IN MOUNTAIN -NATURALLY- HAD A GOOD TIME.
HOT TUB WAS DIRTY- NEEDED STRAINING ALOT OF HAIR - NOT USEABLE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE ALRIGHT. NO HASSOCK OR TABLE ON GUEST SIZE TO USE. FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN - WE LOCKED EVERYTHING UP WHEN WE LEFT AND CLEANED IT SO IF THERE WAS A MESS SOMEONE ELSE MUST HAVE WENT ONTO PROPERTY.

Great cabin in a beautiful location
My family and I stayed at this cabin for 1 week and had a great time. The house has a modern feel and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. I use Vrbo a lot, and I rarely find a kitchen with all sizes of pots and pans. This one has all you need. Our favorite part of the house was the deck, though. Sitting there in the mornings with a cup of coffee and listening to the sound of the creek was rejuvenating. The little town of Burnsville is about 20 minutes away and has grocery stores, drug stores, and even an urgent care clinic if you end up needing one like we did. I would stay at this cabin again if I ever go back to this area.

Quiet Getaway
House was clean, well stocked and modern. Unfortunately the oven did not work properly. Went there to fish but I guess it’s called fishing and not catching for a reason. Even the locals said “good luck”. So if you want to catch fish this might not be the spot for you. Didn’t have WiFi the first day but that was not the fault of our host. Had to drive several miles to take our trash to local facility. They didn’t tell us there was no curb pickup. Didn’t like having to put dirty trash in our vehicle. A heads up would have been nice. The neighbor came over day 2 to request we turn off the roadside outdoor lights. Apparently he has to do this every time there is a new guest. He said they are really bright in his bedroom window at night. Fenced yard was great for our pup and we made use of the fire pit. Left a few logs and fire starter for the next guests. The river was lovely and a little chilly but the sound lulled us to sleep. Since I love to cook and the whole purpose of our trip was to go fishing we would not return but if you are looking for peace and quiet this is a great retreat. It is quite a drive to anything and everything. Groceries 20 minutes fyi. Hopefully they fixed the temperature problem with the oven for the next guest.

I only wish I had longer to stay and it was a bit less as well. The only issue we came across was the grill propane was out when we tried to use it. The maintenance did bring a new one. The other issue was the hot tub, first night it wouldn't get over 100 degrees and the second night it never achieved more than 98 so we didn't use it the second night. That was a huge reason for our stay there was the hot tub in private listening to the river. We did love our stay.

The cabin is very well equipped, all you need is food and drinks. We spent most of our time on the large deck enjoying the hot tub or just kicked back listening to the river. We will be back next year for sure and have already recommended the cabin to friends. Easy river access was a plus!

I couldn't have been happier about our stay at River Song. Modern, bright, and clean. SO quiet and beautiful.. We loved cooking in the kitchen and playing in the hot tub. Very nice property in a great location. Having a river with a huge deck, hot tub that works, and a place for the pets to exercise was all on point. The town of Burnsville had many options for restaurants and markets for getting supplies for eating in. We didn't have any problems with internet, cell connection or the property's WiFi. This property, being on a river, we were not sure if there would be another property across from us and happily, there wasn't. Great privacy.

Perfect location in Pisgah National Forest
We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our small family. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and son to run around without us worrying. Our golden also loved swimming in the river. The house was well stocked with towels, blankets, dishes, and even some spices. Everything was clean and as pictured. The hot tub was super enjoyable after hiking every day. Thank you for a great stay! If we’re ever back in the area we will look at staying here again.

Gorgeous house and view!
Lovely new home with a gorgeous backyard view of the river. We also loved having a small seperate guest house! Only complaint was that the address listing (and directions) were not accurate. The mailbox address of the home was 8061, not 8059 so we kept driving by the house thinking it couldn't be the correct house.

The house was everything we were looking for. Well stocked, clean and decorated beautifully. Went hiking, horseback riding shopping swimming ( dogs). I even sat on the deck and did some weaving while listening to the river. We will be back.
