40th birthday w couples
40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Beautiful home but issues with plumbing
The house was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone!! The location couldn't have been better either! The only down side was multiple plumbing issues. Our garbage disposal backed up and quit working the first day. The house manager was always prompt to reply, send someone over to fix it, but throughout my trip, I spent a lot of time on phone with her because of house issues. Two days later we didn't have running water in the house. The property manager did bring over water so we could flush the toilets that evening and overnight, but that was a real drawback as we had been swimming in the ocean that day and couldn't shower until mid afternoon the next day. VRBO host was excellent and promptly replied to us through the planning of the trip. I hope they have fixed the plumbing issues for further hosts because this property is truly spectacular!

Family Fun & Relaxation!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Pedegral property. It was close to all the activities we wanted to participate in and an easy walk to delicious bakeries and coffee. The house was spacious and easy care for a large group with a variety of ages - the pool was used ALOT! It offered us all a wonderful Mexico experience!

The perfect Cabo get-away
This house was incredible. The infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the town and ocean, the living area was so spacious, all of the rooms had their own bathroom, it easily fit our group of 12 and we could have had more! The downstairs outdoor garden area was very tranquil because you can hear the sound of the water falling from the pool and it was the perfect spot for a private yoga class and massages! The swim up bar at the pool was so fun and the kitchen had everything we needed! The concierge and host were so helpful in setting up groceries, private chef, transportation and spa services for us. Our group cannot wait to return in the future!

The property is really nice and it has an unbeatable location, close to the Marina and shops. Some of the rooms need a bit of improvement, but overall it was really good. The property manager/concierge was unresponsive, even before arriving in Cabo. Another manager checked us in but she was not 100% sure about amenities and property details. On site we got help from Carlos (the property’s handy man) who is amazing and always happy to help. The last 2 days (new year's eve) the neighbors were very noisy, loud music until 3-4 am; hopefully they were renters like us and wont live there permanently

Villa Kanga is a beautiful and clean home, with a great floor plan for large groups.
The photos do not do the home justice. Each room has its own bathroom, including a half-bath on the main level. There are three bedrooms downstairs that open onto a beautiful private garden. The master bedroom on the main level has a beautiful large master bathroom and private patio. The master bedroom on the third level was my favorite, where my husband and I slept. This bedroom has a private patio, a large master bathroom and an adjacent living room that was perfect for down time. The rooftop firepit/couch was occupied by us each night for stargazing, watching the cruise ships in the harbor and group shenanigans. The home is perfectly located in the gated community of Pedregal, close enough to walk to/ from the marina. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The main level of the home is awesome from groups. The pool was perfectly heated. There is indoor and outdoor dining, with enough space at either table for 12. The home is the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. There are several washers and dryers which we use daily. There is a deep freezer for bags of ice and the marlins we caught while fishing. We had a few small issues; however, the concierge was very communicative and fixed everything that came up instantly. We experienced the best service. Communication was outstanding. This was the perfect spot for our group to spread out and relax. From the moment we booked this place to after we left, they went above and beyond!

Beautiful property
Our group of 13 fit perfectly in Villa Kanga. We all had such a wonderful time, and our concierge Mary was super easy to get in contact with when we needed. The house and all outdoor areas are stunning, and even bigger looking than in photos. Sun all day out on the pool deck, with a nice breeze that comes through the outdoor dining area. And a lovely beach just a walk away. We did have a couple issues come up, occasionally the toilets could be a bit finicky to start, and the water throughout the house would shut off in the middle of the night for a while. There was also only one set of keys for our whole group which could be a bit tricky when we wanted to split up in the day. However, we still absolutely recommend staying here, it’s incredible!

Beautiful Villa for Girls Weekend
The house is beautiful, clean and can fit so many people. We had a few issues - a door that led outside wouldn't close so someone had to fix it and we weren't left enough trash bags so we had trash sitting on the counter for 4 hours. However, the concierge was very communicative and fixed anything that came up. Overall, I would stay here again. It's close to everything.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, you forget that it’s just a few min walk to the marina
Gated neighborhood close to the downtown marina. Check in was easy and service was great, from housecleaners to maintenance. Communication with Noelsky and Ben, and staff was super easy/fast whenever we had an issue or question. Great house for a family vacation, kitchen was lovely to cook in.

Villa Kanga is the perfect destination for your Cabo vacation. The house is beautiful -- even prettier than the pictures! Amazing and beautiful house
This house and pool is absolutely beautiful. It is a 3 story home with 6 bedrooms. Rooms on every level along with restrooms. The town and marina is walking distance. If it is too much hills and steps for you, Uber is available and easy to use too. We enjoyed the walking. It was a perfect vacation home for my family and friends to enjoy, relax and we had so much fun in the pool and used it everyday. Maria, our property manager, was easy to contact and very friendly and extremely helpful. The air conditioner didn’t work on the 3rd floor but it was not a problem. The bedroom and upstairs living room had ceiling fans. Thank you so much for making our Cabo trip a great trip.

Thank You for a wonderful stay at your home! We had an incredible time and loved the property and location !! The house pool absolutely beautiful! Mary your property manager was nothing less than amazing from helping us set up photographers for a surprise engagement to ordering cakes, flowers and balloons for our daughters 30th Birthday . Her attention to detail and being so prompt was greatly appreciated. The only reason I gave a 4 on one of the ratings was because it was strange not having the freezer in the kitchen as we had the crib set up in that room so we couldn’t go back and forth for ice etc .. and at night in some of the bedrooms it is very loud from the music I assume in the marina at the bars or maybe house parties but other than that which is out of your control our stay was delightful and we treated your home like our own and I hope that showed as I made sure to tidy up . There were a couple small items when we arrived but your property manager was quick to address all of our questions or minor issues . Thanks again and we would love to return !

Fantastic place to stay
This property is gorgeous, and is in a great neighborhood with good proximity to the downtown area and beach. It was spacious, beautiful, and the entire team was extremely responsive to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
