We pride ourselves on our hotel's cleanliness and have an excellent housekeeping staff, which is why this is very concerning to us. We wish we had known about your concern during your stay in order to correct it as soon as possible. We appreciate you bringing all your concerns to our attention and rest assured that this will be discussed with the team to prevent future occurrence. The hotel has a no-smoking policy, but if a guest or employee wishes to smoke, they are required to be 15 meters away from the entrance or 5 meters away from any post signage. Our housekeeping team is known for its attention to detail and we take pride in the cleanliness of our property. It is truly concerning to hear that you encountered such issues, especially as none of our staff were made aware. We wish we have known about the concerns you had with the room during your stay so that we had been able to help you move room immediately so you could have enjoyed your stay. We are also saddened to know about the inconvenience that you have experienced because of the elevator. We make sure our elevators are checked on a regular basis for our guest's safety, however certain situations are beyond of our control. The elevator company and our hotel team started working on getting the issue resolved the moment they received an alert from the emergency phone located in the elevator and situation was resolved in few minutes.
