Also it was a mistake from my part that I ignored, the living area/ entertainment space is a walk down the road. So the barn itself is just to sleep. "Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"Our family of 5 came up for Spring Break to enjoy alittle bit of skiing and visit family who live locally. Had a great time here, house was clean and had all Amenities needed. 20 min from skiing so we were able to go almost everyday even for just a few hours since it was so close by. Cooked most the meals there good supply of pots and pans and utensils."

"This house is the perfect house for all reasons and all seasons! The owners have thought of everything, drawers are labeled, nothing is left to chance, everything is squeaky clean YET it feels like home. We stayed at Benton House the weekend my daughter defended her PhD at Dartmouth and the owners were kind enough to allow a small get-together at the house. The property is park like yet centrally located and a quick rail trail walk to Lucky’s (home of the best breakfast sandwich in the world)...

"My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores! "The apt is artfully designed, clean and the front windows have a beautiful view of the lake. Hosts are accommodating and available when needed as they live next door ( the apt is over a garage). Bring slippers, as the floor can be cool due to being over an unheated garage."

Wonderful kitchen area that accommodated our love for cooking and we really enjoyed the screened in porch area. Stunning Master bed / bath and great rooms for the rest of our group.
