Treehouse at Wise Pines- SoBo

This one-room treehouse is tucked lightly into the woods for a tranquil setting, not far from another treehouse of its kind. The treehouse sits on 40 acres of land, complete with walking/hiking trails to enjoy. On the property is a pond, many fruit trees, chickens, and goats. *electric fencing is LIVE!* The treehouse is spaced out from, but shares land with a renovated barn (used as another lodging accommodation), and a nearby common building that is a shared space for all guests to relax, eat, and attend studio events.

The owners live in a separate house on the property with dogs that roam freely. (They are friendly but may bark upon your arrival and come running quickly- they are just wanting to say hi even though it may seem otherwise!)

The treehouse includes a lush queen-sized bed, a table with bar stools, a dresser, mini fridge, water dispenser with glassware, and 4 large windows with plush velvet curtains. Heat is available, so as to be enjoyed all year long. The bathroom and shower are located in the common building down a slightly steep gravel walking path (about 160 ft away), which is shared with the other treehouse lodging accommodation. There is no bathroom or running water in the treehouse itself. In the common building ("The Lodge"), there is also a kitchenette for you to use. We have a griddle, outdoor grill, microwave, toaster oven, pizza pizzaz, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle for you to use. The oven and stove are not available for guest use as it is a commercial kitchen.

This tree house is dog friendly. We ask that all dogs be leashed when not within a building. There is a $25 pet fee per dog. Cats and other animals are PROHIBITED. Also note that there is a *LIVE* electric fence that surrounds our goats. Goats are natural escape artists and love to explore the property to eat trees and more grass. You may see them running around or taking an afternoon nap on the hill, outside of their fenced in area.

Laundry units are available in the lodge. Please prepare to bring your own detergent, if you should need to use them.

Breakfast options (listed below) is $15/guest, and yoga ( $15 suggested donation/ person) are available upon request with enough notice.

Please let us know 1-2 days ahead of time if you would like any of the below breakfast options and of any dietary restrictions.

A Blissful Escape to Nature's Haven
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting treehouse retreat, and it exceeded all expectations. What truly set this retreat apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to any need with a smile. It's rare to find such genuine care for guests, and it made my stay truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a one-of-a-kind escape. Gorgeous Property
My boyfriend and I just moved to Boston and wanted to have a leaf peeping getaway. The land was GORGEOUS and the property was better than expected! The treehouse was such a cozy stay, we truly did not want to leave. The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, and the lodge with the bathroom/kitchen was so well maintained. Truly a luxurious experience. Not to mention, the check in process was so smooth and simple. The hostess is very communicative and everything you could possibly need to know is given beforehand. This made the stay just that much more relaxing. The property is also extremely close to Woodstock and a few distilleries/breweries. We got so much more than the leaf peeping we went for! It was a very convenient location!

Wonderful spot!
We greatly appreciated this exquisitely created hideaway--perhaps intended for AT hikers but perfectly suitable to any outdoorsy types like us. We found the treehouse extremely comfortable and cozy. We slept very well. The shower/kitchen/living room facilities were top-notch and we were so impressed with how clean and organized and beautiful every aspect of our stay was. The owners were friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning.
