"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

The one thing I would say is that I found this property online at a cheaper rate than through VRBO. We stayed 6 days and would have saved $20 or more. Not life changing but still...."

We didn't feel the issues were ever fully understood or addressed. "This home looks good in the pictures, but when we arrived, we found moldy water in the dishwasher, extremely dirty floors, overflowing trash, pull chains off the fan-light combo fixtures (so you couldn't turn the light on or off), a drawer broken and off its slides, the railing on the top bunk missing screws, a wobbly living room chair, a broken shower head, a sticky shower door, he remnants of food frozen in the ice box, unclean tap water, and unclean dishes in the cabinets. "Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer! This place is wonderful. (The king size bed is extremely comfortable!) The animals are indeed all so friendly. Great place for a family to enjoy. It was raining during our stay and just sitting on the front porch listening to the rain was so relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. If we ever travel this direction again, I would stay here one more time. :)"
