The service was very professional and polite. The hotel has an excellent location if the Laguito neighborhood is what you are looking for. We were meeting with friends staying across the street at the Hilton but didn't want to spend $400 per night. The hotel was clean, but somewhat dated. The air conditioner in the room worked but it was rather noisy, like the fan bearings needed replaced. There is a mini bar, but around the corner there is a carry out. Breakfast was rather spartan, but adequate. Eggs, soup, cheap ham and sandwich cheese, a few fruits, and cereal. I would stay here again, and it's good for the price but it isn't anything spectacular.

The beach was across the street but the beach was dirty and smelled like urine You have to walk further down for better restaurants and beach The room was spacious and AC was good The breakfast was fair but the juice and coffee was watery

Amazing service
All front desk staff are fluent in English, are very warm and friendly and eager to help. Elkin was amazing and helped me quite a bit. Breakfast was a great, fruits were amazing. Pool is very small and the area around the hotel is very noisy, so no chance of afternoon nap. The noise dies down after 10 :00pm, so you can get a good night sleep.

Average hotel, only gives you the essential things
It's a average hotel, only given you the essential things. The pool is basically a tub, The breakfast is very simple, The room isn't a modern one, In the shower sometimes you have a current and hot water, and sometimes you don't. And the worst thing is that they charge you a 75000 COP for a guest !!! On the other hand, It's close to the beach, The stuff are friendly and polite, some of them knows English. And u don't need a key card to turn on the electricity in the room. For my opinion, I would recommend to go to a different hotel... Like the holiday inn Express or the Hamptons. They are much much better !!! And they charge not a lot more per day.

I made a reservation for my dad, he was at the hotel for 5 days, very satisfied. According to him, the hotel is well located, it is clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is good and sufieciente. My evaluation regarding the relation price quality is positive. Definitely the hotel is a good option in the mid-range of the Cartagena offer. One complaint: They did not want to issue me a formal receipt for the VAT payment. Why? Obviously that's not right. Why? Unfortunately, the reason lies in the mentality of Colombians. The adminsitracion should think that "it is not enough to be honest you have to look like it too" Sad.

Stayed here Feb 17-23. Hotel is near beach and on Hop On/Hop Off bus route. Room was clean, comfortable, and with great view of ocean and Isla Tierra Bomba. Booking included breakfast and a light dinner which were plain but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Elkin, Oswaldo, and Joselyn who were very patient with this couple of non-Spanish speaking clients! It was a very good place to end our very enjoyable trip to Colombia!

Not a really good hotel
Horrible when I got there the elevator of the tow it was not working and then when I went to take a shower the water pump broke so there was no water out for like half a day and then the AC was not working they told me the break was not working so somebody had to fix it really bad experience

Great Hotel!
It was better than I expected. Room was very large and clean. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. Besides the free breakfast, it also included a nice buffet for dinner which I did not expected. Overall, the whole hotel is very cleaned and the pool was pretty big too. I had an excellent stay and look foward to staying here again in the future.

Great value and clean
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was some work being done at the hotel, so the main entrance was not accessible. It was not a problem using the alternative entrance, though. Complimentary breakfast as well as a light dinner was also provided, which we enjoyed. The room we stayed in was large, with 2 king-sized beds. The location was on a quieter street, which was nice. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, stores, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Only 4 floors, modern rapid response elevator. Friendly & helpful staff. We had a large room. Good TV channels. Lovely gardens viewed from the restaurant. Guests in our 5 days were fMies & couples mostly, pleasant & calm. EASY to get a taxi, several restaurants within a block, one oveoomi g the bay & great seafood at a reasonable price.

My single night in Cartagena
The hotel staff is quite friendly. The only disappointing factor was the location of the toilet in the bathroom. It is hidden behind a door and with very little space to reach it safely. One has to go around it because it almost hits the sink and the wall of the shower. When i complained to the staff I was told that was the only room available.

Very good hotel overall. Nice facilities, comfortable and spacious rooms with wifi and everything you could expect from a hotel of this category, well located, excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff and competitive rates. The only detail that did not taste was the lack of parking for guests. It is difficult to get a nearby parking at no extra cost

Hotel room was quite small but the price was great. Clean rooms. Very curtious staff. Good breakfast was included in room price. Also light dinner. Location was good. Cab to the walled city center was about $2.00. Hilton next door gave me access to an ATM machine. $6.00 cab from airport. Would definitely stay here again.

It was really nice, well located and comfortable. I liked the breakfast and light dinner it included and my room overlooked the pool, it was quiet and calm. The decor could use a little love, but it was perfectly comfortable and clean. Nice big rooms with good AC.

The only thing that I would recommend is that they should fix the showers because I stayed on the top floor and I had problems every time I was taking a shower it took me one hour because there is no water pressure .beside that I love this place people is very reliable and I would stay again if I go to cartagena.

A hidden gem!
I stayed one nigt but I was coming back so I made reservations for the rest of my stay. The hotel is very well located and the staff is super nice. You feel at home. The food is great and the actual hotel is nice. The decor could use a little help but the room is big and spacious and perfectly well equipped. For the price this is a gem!
