Nestled against the backdrop of Florida's nature coast, the Island Place is a romantic getaway showcasing natural beauty and serenity. Our beautiful condos are located in Cedar Key directly on the Gulf of Mexico amid a true nature preserve, swaying palms and warm Gulf breezes. Renew the spirit and stir the soul in a paradise of tropical splendor. Walk out your unit and you will find a pool located directly on the Gulf. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a fun and exciting vacation destination, we will fill and exceed your expectations for comfort and location. The complex is designed to lend itself to the historical flavor of Cedar Key. We are next to the city marina, and just a few steps away from fine restaurants, shopping and grocery store. No boat parking available onsite. Public boat parking available 1 block east or 2 blocks north. NOTE: Pool is closed for chemical treatment on Mon and Thurs 10 am-3 pm.
Grills are park style and at end of complex. Bring utensils, charcoal, grill brush and lighter fluid.

Little Town with a lot of Charm
Great little property within walking distance of all the action. It was clean, well appointed and smelled good. We rented a golf cart from George at Gulf Kart Rentals. We didn't need it to get to the restaurants, but it was fun to catch a breeze and a sunset on. Fun place!

The stay was amazing. The vrbo is right on the waterfront next to the pool. Amazing views. Everything was with in walking distance. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was stock well to cook in. We had a last minute request and the host was gracious enough to oblige us. Clean place. Also had games to play.

Quiet Getaway!
We absolutely love this condo! There are so many things that make this a great place to stay starting with the assigned parking. The condo is very nicely decorated with a light beachy decor. A well stocked kitchen and the washer and dryer are a huge plus as we are traveling. We walked to the pier and checked out the little shops and had lunch, and then ended every evening watching the sunset from the pier. We are so glad we had a chance to stay here and will definitely be back the next time we get to Florida!

We loved Cedar Key. Our only complaint is we didn’t stay longer. The unit was beautiful, clean, cozy and the location was convenient. The town is adorable and everyone was so friendly & welcoming. This is truly a hidden gem. We hope to return soon. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place😀

Clean, well done condo in convenient location!
Stayed with our family here and were impressed with the efficient use of space. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and they included helpful touches that made it even more functional like plenty of hooks to hang keys, towels, bathing suits, etc and baskets to hold food. We enjoyed the pool and playing in the sand too. Overall, it was the perfect walkable location!!
