"Amazingly, this place fit our needs for ourselves, our adult children, our teens, our infant grandson, & our friends, plus a fur-baby! Everything we needed at the house was there, inside & out (minus the groceries) & plenty of room for the 12 of us. There was already a pontoon docked in a covered bay, and we had multiple boats, so when we had a ton of rain in a day, we did have to make regular trips down to the dock to run out bilge pumps. "This was our 2nd VRBO on the Toledo Bend lake. We had 3 couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. A larger coffeemaker would be nice. One of the beds is broken and if not repaired, needs to be replaced. I saw earlier review confirming this. Overall would recommend. Our group was 50 and older and the lack of a bathroom in the loft area is an issue for older couples but I could see where it would be great for kids. Enjoyed playing cards at night and sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in...
