Great staff, especially Jeff and Keisha in the dining room. Impressive breakfast with china, silverware, real napkins and good coffee (many hotel chains serve such watery coffee that it's not even worth drinking). Nice firm bed - such a relief for my back! Only issue was no hot water in the bathroom the last night I was there but it wasn't a big deal. One minor suggestion - the barn door in my room was designed so that when it was fully closed, the recessed handle on the inside was entirely covered by the wall. Not easy to get the door open from the inside of the bathroom when that happens! fortunately i noticed this before i used the bathroom and stuck a towel in the doorway so the door could never close all the way. Just a word of warning to your architect that this detail can create panic if someone gets trapped in the bathroom.

Upon arrival, front staff was not attentive and like I was disturbing whatever they were doing, could have simply said, “we will be with you in a minute”. The rest of staff was great that I dealt with though, the room was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever, very much enjoyed my room stay. The hotel seemed outdated, not real clean or kept walking through halls and cleaning elevator buttons, rooms great but overall interiors needed some attention.

The rooms are very large but the floorplan wasnt conveniently planned. The bathroom is located in front of the bed and its difficult to see the tv from the bed.

From check in to seeing my room was exquisite! It was a fast, efficient, friendly check in. A very warm greeting. My room is very spacious! Two distinct areas for comfort. A sofa in the "living" area makes it feel more like home. The bed was the perfect combination of firm and soft. I couldn't be happier.

Clean & quiet, should have checked, most motel have a continental breakfast. No continental breakfast, ordered a (3) egg omelette, the worst omelette that I have ever ordered, really wasn’t fit to eat, ($5.00) for orange juice I thought was a bit spendy. Would stay there again but would not order from there restaurant.

Wonderful hotel..great location. But...
Did not get my wake up call at 4 10 am. Luckily i woke up on my own and scrambled down to get shuttle to airport...only to be told they did not have any driver for another hour. Made my flight by the skin of my teeth. I made it one minute before i would be denied boarding.

I'll start with the good. The bed is super comfortable and all in all the room is clean. I was given 3 conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner, but there's worse things in life. Lots of dust and hair along the baseboards in the bathroom, kind of gross. The food that is supposed to be a free buffet for breakfast I was charged for is HORRIBLE! WORST hotel breakfast I've ever had. When asked why I had to pay, I was given some crap excuse of Expedia didn't push it through. Ridiculous, I paid for the room. It should be free. I'm angry I had to pay for that crappy food...really horrible. The lobby bathroom was disgusting, no stalls had toilet paper and the one that did had a toilet that was overflowing with crap water. This was at 9:30 in the morning. Just disgusting. The room was nice and clean otherwise and very quiet. I would say avoid the breakfast and the lobby bathroom and bring your own toiletries.

We arrived at the hotel at 2pm, and let the staff know we were on the premises to check in when the room was ready. We were told that check in would be 3pm, however we did not receive a key to our room until after 4pm.
