Christmas in Gastonia!
We really enjoyed having our whole family under one roof for Christmas. There are a few things we want to bring to your attention. When we pulled out the hide a bed we found a good amount of food crumbs and wrappers and toys. We had to wash the sheet from that bed. There was dead bees and other bugs found up in the play area upstairs and a roach in the heat register. I made you aware of the big pice of glass I found in the backyard. There was a large abundance of leaves in the backyard on the patio that I needed to move away from the back door so we could open the door easily. I suggest putting a door on the unused shed in the backyard, it is an invitation to critters or other undesirable things. Better instructions for the use of the dishwasher would be helpful. For a house that can hold up to 12 people a larger fridge would be nice or if you let people know that a cooler might be needed to hold beverages or extra food. I hope these suggestions will help you make your place a better experience for others.

Clean House with plenty of space
The house was really clean. There was sufficient space to sit in the living room and for eating. The owner was very attentive, easy to communicate with and addressed any issues immediately. The accommodations were comfortable. We would stay at the residence again.

The house is close to everything and was in great shape. Our son plays lacrosse at Belmont Abbey and this house was close enough for us to get back and forth to the school

Great place to stay for large groups
I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my wedding so we'd have a place to hang out and get ready together the morning of. It was the perfect space for the 9 of us to each have our own sleeping spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The living area was also quite large and comfortable! The location was a little deep in the neighborhood but a short drive to downtown Gastonia which was perfect for our group. The only other small downside was the spiders/cockroaches - I understand it's nature and everything but still not pleasant to see several throughout our stay. Overall a very comfortable property and perfect for our needs!

3 State family get -to gather!
This house is clean and appears welcoming upon arrival. It needs some extras added which I assume will be added as they continue to rent . ( they are new I believe) Kitchen appears to have one of everything, limited bowls for mixing . We had to purchase a coffee grinder because they only have Kurig and the family had favorite brand with them . Please think of providing a drip coffee maker. All beds were comfortable but the mattress in the upstairs queen bedroom could definitely be improved with a softer topper, also perhaps a added peace on bottom of door to keep light out. Guest noted appreciation for great little touches such as treats and coffee pods in the kitchen, brand new soaps ext. in bathrooms, beautiful condition even new games for children, and obviously new linens and towels. Negative comments are only mentioned to enhance things that could be added for future guest. Location was terrific for our group because one of our relatives lives in Gastonia and we were 20 min from Charlotte Airport.

Best stay we’ve ever had
My whole family met in Gastonia for thanksgiving (four generations) and this house made our holiday extra special and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all eight of us to feel comfortable, a well stocked play room for the baby along with all the bathroom amenities you could ask for including shampoo, body wash, makeup wipes! The kitchen has everything and anything you could need plus place settings for ten plus! The owners were very prompt in responding to communication and were so friendly. I’d book and recommend this home to anyone!!!
