"We had stayed at this property before, but were pleasantly surprised with the improvements and upgrades we noticed. Especially noteworthy the spa and very nice pool that make relaxing after a tiring trip so much easier.
What made the biggest impression, however, was the wonderful coffee(!!) and the friendliness of the kitchen/breakfast area staff. The whole area is very neat, clean, well equipped, nicely furnished!"

"The rooms are clean. The communal are is under some renovation, but the breakfast is excellent. The public areas aren't as neat as I normally like, though. Good thing the rooms are clean and neat, though."

"We were staying at a 4-star hotel in TN, not only was it expensive, the cleaning crews told us they were too tired to clean all of the hotel daily as they were supposed to, so our room never got serviced until we called, and the staff were distant and not readily accessible nor friendly.
Traveling home, we stayed at America’s Best Value Inn & Suites Pinckneyville, IL. Completely different experience. Staff were accessible, from Kimmy to Mit. The hotel was safe, the pool was heated, there were pool toys provided, a game room, breakfast, and best of all clean.
well worth the extra miles off the main road. highly recommend this hotel. "

"We explicitly look for places with hotel bars and they listed as having one and they haven’t had one in years according to the clerk - very disappointing "
"The check in was easy, breakfast was good. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, wish all hotels had that. My bed at home was more comfortable, but I'm sure everyone says that. The only problem I had was some trouble with my key card not working, but the clerk at the desk was nice & gave me a new one. Everything was clean and good otherwise."
