This hotel is tired, and needs a renovation. The rooms are dinged up, the facilities are not great (tiny shower and toilet in a separate room, could barely fit inside, and I'm a small man). The bed was o.k., but I expect a lot better from a Hilton hotel.

Emma, the staff helped us to move to a great kingsize bed room in a remote corner after i complained the next room’s noises which was annexed to my originally assigned room.

Great stay at the Northwood Hilton. The hotel was clean and very much to our liking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was under repair due to a broken water pipe and subsequent flooding the week before we arrived.

Nice stay and everything was clean. Only suggestion would be to wipe down rooms before your guests arrive or ever few days after cleaning the rooms so the dust won’t gather.

The room was great! Beds were somewhat comfortable not sure it was the sheets that weren’t helping. But overall we had a great experience at the Hilton! The outside building doesn’t have a sign, so when we pulled in we weren’t sure if we were at the the right place. Just a heads up, if you see a restaurant connected to a building with no name you are at the right place.

This was a great hotel and very comfortable in a quiete location. We used the pool and the jacuzzi. If you need the sauna, switch it on before you use the pool - takes time to warm up.

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel as we have family that lives nearby.
Most important, it is always clean. That is important to me. The beds are comfortable (although you have to watch out not to bang into the baseboards that stick out) and the gym/pool area is clean as I always use these facilities. The shower/toilet is in one area and it is a SUPER small area. My husband is a bigger man and struggles to get in and out. (we laugh about it). The hot water is awesome but you could really scald yourself so be careful.
Unfortunately, there were two issues with my recent stay. I recommend NOT getting a room near the elevator. Granted, it was New Years Eve and a lot of people were in and out. I heard the "ding" of the elevator all night and people talking which was near my room.
Secondly, there was a DOG that barked late at night and in the early morning which woke me up both times. The dog barked while in the lobby. When I checked out I complained to the desk clerk. She really could care less and offered a simple "sorry". She seemed more interested in tearing down the Christmas decorations. Now that's just my opinion but she did not show much empathy.
I will definitely stay there again but will ask for a room far from the elevator.
