"Overall a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately the place initially had not been cleaned by my arrival, but was done a few hours later. Convenient, short walk to Old Nice, port and beach. Right opposite convention centre. Particularly appreciated the combined washer/dryer. Reliable wifi."

"The apartment is situated in a central area in a traditional building near an easy to find landmark. The apartment owner was great at keeping in touch from the very start of our booking and very obliging. The apartment is comfortable with air conditioning in one room and a fan in another. There was some noise from the occasional traffic and binmen during the night on the side road but not enough to disturb you."

"Great hotel in a quiet but accessible location. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Throughly enjoyed my stay and was impressed with the quality of the room and the service. The only minor thing is that room service food wasn’t enjoyable at all and blackout curtains in the room weren’t wide enough to fully block out the light. "

"Great apartment. Terrace lovely overlooking Nice. A few points to note. Bus outside for easy travel to town. Supermarket at the bottom of a very steep hill or up the hill for another. We mostly used food delivery as very hot and travelling with small children. Twin bedroom didn't have aircon or fan and so hot even in Sept. and also a lot of road noise. Only one key and the gated drive to the properties key code didn't work. This made it difficult with older family arriving late after meals out...

"The location was extremely convenient for us. For future clients it would be helpful to provide toilet paper and a small garbage bin would be very thoughtful. Holly was great, communication was really good. The only issue we had was that the price was listed as $94 CAN and then it charged our daughters card in American funds. Hopefully that can be resolved promptly..."
