for all you Cleveland Browns fans this is a good place to stay. it's close to the Browns stadium.

“We loved it!”

The hotel was fantastic, people were helpful and very friendly. We were on a school trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The music club performed at the Hall and the kids later did the tour of it. We went to the Science Centre, and then to dinner and a live performance by Austin "Walking Kane" at the House of Blues. The meal and music was fantastic, and the kids enjoyed themselves! Complimentary coffee, cookies, hot chocolate, tea...plus the continental breakfast was great! So many choices, everyone found something they liked!

Area recommendations

You can walk to so many places from the hotel. So many great little restaurants and patios, but ask the front desk because we wouldn't have known they were there if we hadn't gone to the House of Blues! This was our second trip this year to Cleveland, and our kids want to go back again! We went to a baseball game, the zoo, and the Hall of Fame on our first trip, and it was a great family trip. This trip with the school didn't disappoint!

“Surprisingly good”

I did not expect this hotel can be so nice. Extremely helpful and friendly frontdesk. The breakfast was decent. The room was very clean. Very convenient and safe areas. I definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel. It is worth your money.

“Great place, great value!”

Nice friendly service. Clean, comfortable room. Great free breakfast in the morning! Centrally located, within walking distance to many great entertainment & dining destinations. I would definitely go there again.

“Nice place”

Not fancy, but very nice and helpful people. It's a little worn around the edges, but that didn't bother me at all. Easy to walk in town. If you're looking for luxury or the most modern place, this isn't it. But if you want something comfortable with good people, this place will do fine.

“Expected Better”

Expedia showed this as the closest hotel to my business destination. The place is rather shabby, unfortunately. Dirty carpet in the lobby, the elevators and the hallways. The chair in my room showed greasy arms and back with a 2-inch hole in the upholstery of the left arm, stuffing exposed. The room had a strong smell of synthetic materials or "freshener" I'm not sure which. Windows were bolted closed and the a/c did not offer a fresh air option. At breakfast in the morning skim, regular milk and regular coffee ran dry while the attendant on duty stood by chatting with another employee. We got a sarcastic response from her when this was politely called to her attention.

“We use again”

Over a great time. Staff was great but there needed to be more people behind desk. Phone calls took for ever to get a responce, and there should of been more than one person on the desk.

“Can't beat the location”

The location - within walking distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, a beautiful shopping area and the lake was excellent. There was easy access from the highways so getting into the city and out at the end of my stay was a breeze. All their staff were helpful and friendly. Only suggestion is that the room could use a deep cleaning, but that's typical of all busy hotels. Breakfast was good, and available from 6 to 10 a.m. Small entertainment district with a range of restaurant types and a few sandwich shops within easy walking distance meant meals were convenient for me.

When to go

Just keep in mind that you pass the sports complex where the Indians play so might hit some incoming traffic if arriving on a game night.
