"Most of the staff was very friendly and courteous. Everything was easily accessible. However it was difficult to get a drink at the bar in the lobby while Robert was on. He seemed to get flustered when the bar had a few people. Overall a great, memorable experience. "

"Nice hotel near Beale Street- parking garage next door which was convenient. Typical Hampton Inn - comfortable spacious room, friendly staff. Down graded my rating b/c one of the two elevatirs was not working. Very busy weekend which made wait time for an elevator very long. Annoying inconvenience- but other than that, would def stay there again. "
