"This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Parking can be a bit challenging with 2 (20’+) boats but doable. Also had outside electrical outlets for charging batteries. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the accommodations ."

The covered outdoor patio was a great place to sit and relax after our long drive and had everything we needed. The house itself was wonderfully decorated and comfortable down to every little detail. The location was perfect for a walk into downtown Sparta for morning coffee and breakfast at a great little coffee shop. I will absolutely be returning for another visit to explore this beautiful...

"We stayed there while visiting the state park and hiking in the Mammoth March. Everything was great. My only recommendation would be out mirrors in bedrooms too! We had 4 women getting ready at the same time so that would’ve helped! But it was a great house! Very cute and comfy"

"This Vrbo was good for our family. We enjoyed it greatly and it fit our needs for this trip. Positives - neighbors are fun, the price is good, it’s near the lake (although we couldn’t use it due to the weather). Negatives - it needs a good deep clean (dishes were dirty, hasn’t been dusted, cobwebs, etc), several lights wouldn’t turn on, shower downstairs sprays a good bit, the yard needs some work, and be prepared for lots of chickens."

"Relaxing, peaceful and much needed time away. Enjoyed the home, peacefulness and amazing views of the stars. I would recommend and come back to this place. Sidenote- not bass boat friendly, can be done but difficult."

"The way they have the house & other building set up, is nice. You can be together as a group but still have your own space. Beds were not comfortable, suggest taking a mattress topper or something to cushion the beds some & the water pressure was extremely low but that could be from all the congestion in that area. I enjoyed the location, marina, swinging bridge, pizza place, & another restaurant within close range. Cute decor, nice deck & chiminea, take extra toilet paper & trash bags with you....

"We had a great time, and the location of the property worked for the things that we planned on doing. Making trips to both Cookeville and Crossville is worked out perfectly. The house itself was nice and the added touch of the Christmas was perfect! The kids loved it. Overall, I would stay here again when we come back."

"The best part was the shower where both shower heads worked at the same time. It was a cute house. I suggest you make a stone walking path to the back where the fir pit is to keep people from walkin in mud. Also let future guest know that there is absolutely no cell phone service to make sure they save the instructions on how to get in pr put the wifi pasword on the door. We had to go in to town to get service to retreave the code for the door. As a bnb owner we strive to make sure there is soap...

"Nice cozy cabin nestled in the woods, quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Nicely decorated and stocked with everything you would need. Host even left us some snacks n the cutest carton of farm fresh eggs which we had for breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"
