Very disappointed, don't look for confort.
We have booked with my work colleague two rooms for 5 nights and we have decided to check out after the 1st night. The bed quality is awful, there is no mattress but only bed-spring (see picture) so you feel the spring in your back ! And was some bad smell coming from the bathroom. Will not come here again...

Great location located right in the centre of the Rambla Nova! Our room was on the 6th floor and so we enjoyed many trips in the compact lift! That said, the staff were friendly and the rooms serviced each day. Good value for the price we paid. Thank you.

The hotel was well located. I was there for two nights but they did not clean my room or empty the bins. The place was cramp. There was no facility for making a cup of tea in the room. That said the reception staff were courteous, it was well located and it was generally clean.

Wonderful staff! They tolerated my poor Spanish and helped me feel welcome. Very clean rooms with mini kitchen. Close to the beach and Roman ruins. Able to walk everywhere. LOVE! Will definitely return.

Great location & Service in the Heart of Taragona
The hotel staff was very helpful and perfectly fluent in English. The location is super for promenades to the Mediterranean Balcony and to all of the major Roman Sites. The view from the 6th floor was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good location and setup in Tarragona
We stayed in a studio with two beds. Both beds and the kitchen are in one room, plus there is a separate bathroom. The location on the Rambla is excellent. The hotel was very clean, with easy check-in and good wifi. The kitchenette was handy.

Clean hotel with large air conditioned rooms in great location. Front desk staff provided very good service and spoke multiple languages. They had a safe by the front desk but would have preferred one in our room. They had smallest elevator and smallest pool I've ever seen. Room was near stairway so did get loud when a family talked as they moved their luggage down the stairs in the morning.

Well located hotel, on the main street, Tarragona
Checked in on the button of 4pm, no problem with check-in, space spoke very good English. Room was perfect, neat, tidy and linens provided. The Air conditioning was amazingly good in the room which was perfect because I stayed at a very hot time of the year.

Central location for historic area of Tarragona
We had a fantastic time visiting Tarragona.Recognised in 2000 as a UNESCO site due to significant Roman ruins, we explored the city, including the Roman aquaduct. The cathedral was also interesting. The hotel was well located, clean, with good bedroom and bathroom. Staff were very helpful. The local food was also great.

Perfect location on the Rambla Nova
Classy hotel with all the amenities. We had a lovely view (could see the sea even) and the place even had a clean kitchenette. The hotel seemed to be right in the center of things-easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go.

Nice little hotel good location for shops, bars and restaurant. Bedrooms were basic but have everything you need for a nights stay. Reception only open till about 8.00pm which was not a problem as they contacted us the day before to ask what time we planned to arrive.

Lovely stay in Tareragona
Great location within short walking distances to the Roman ruins, which was our primary reason to visit. Also steps from restaurants and shops and a decent breakfast at the hotel. No parking at hotel but was two blocks away.

Great location
Small bedroom but good size bathroom. Great location and staff very friendly. Nice breakfast at reasonable price. Room could use a bit of a refresh (i.e. Paint and tile floor worn). But overall would recommend.

We stayed for four nights and the hotel was in a brilliant location for accessing the old town and the historic attractions. Can't fault location at all. Very basic room, poor view of back of buildings but not too bothered by that as I didn't go to spend my time looking at the city from my hotel room. Very basic room, no tea or coffee facilities so unable to wake up and come round with a drink before going for breakfast. Breakfast ok, not a massive choice tbh but served between 7.30-11am so no need to get up too early. Friendly staff and clean overall and good wifi. Has the feel of a budget hotel although it isn't actually very cheap

Apartment in Excellent Location in Tarragona
I stayed at the Alexandra one night, to check it out for a potential longer stay when I would want a kitchen and living area. It worked very well for one person. It is in a great location, near many sights, restaurants, and stores. However, the whole unit is combined in one room (with kitchenette, seating area, and beds. Thus, it would not work as well for two people with different schedules. I understand that the Alexandra has a few units with separate bedroom and living areas.

Highly recommended
Great location. Right on the main street yet not too noisy. Easy walk for beach, attractions and train station. Room well equipped. Friendly staff. Couldn't fault this place and at a great price. Would stay here again.

Good value for money in a good location
Very central location just off a wide pedestrian walkway. The room was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. It was great to have the kitchenette available for coffee and snacks, though the stovetop and oven did not work well and caused the breaker to flip cutting power to the room.....hotel should look to fix this. Staff were friendly and helpful and were quick to show how to re set the breaker.

Very central stay in lovely Tarragona
The hotel smelled fresh and clean. Stairway was bright and polished tile. The bed was comfortable and there was ample storage room, though unfortunately no private safe for valuables. The temperature of the room was pleasant and extra blankets were provided if the room got chilly. Overall I was very satisfied with the accommodation and would recommend it for couples and single travellers. I would also stay here again myself.

Good location. Good service. However, the window was from toes to knees. You read properly! Small window at the bottom of the wall. We needed to sleep on the floor to see outside !!!
