"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"This was such a fun and easy place to stay! The staff were extremely friendly, and happy to talk in English or help me work on my Spanish :) The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The apartment was perfect - clean, quiet, spacious, etc. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."

We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"Complejo de apartamentos bastante nuevo, a dos pasos de la.playa y con tres piscinas. El apartamento en general estaba limpio con algún detalle. Bueno aire acondicionado, buen wifi. Está más enfocado a familias que a parejas pero la la playa está a dos pasos y es maravillosa. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de bares o restaurantes pero hay uno en el complejo y chiringuito en la playa. En el resort sí que hay un centro comercial, restaurantes... "

"I chose the hotel because of the kitchen, and it was excellent. The check-in was very kind, and they helped in everything they could. Parking is free outside the hotel, and there is plenty of space. I took a room with a room service, and every day, they cleaned and tidied well. I'm considering going back there if I'm in the area again."

"Excellent and prompt communication to help me enter the property. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also, stop at the local corner store to get cream and sugar for the coffee that was provided. The curtains offered 98% privacy into the rooms. That 2% wasn't totally comfortable. No top sheet, just a comforter that you hope they wash.. I would stay here again but I would just come prepared. "

"Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries. Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in. Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels "

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

"Spent one night at this apartotel as part of a longer trip. Room was large and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. But there was a strong cleaning odour that overwhelmed you when you entered the room. Leaving windows open for several hours managed to clear most of the smell. "

"We arrived at the property after a very difficult transfer of keys - the owner's agent was a lovely person but did not speak any English. The address given by the owner, when put into Google Maps, took us to a totally different neighborhood upon arrival at Cullera. Initial impression was good as the view dominates. After 5 minutes of investigation we found an old tired apartment with wind blowing through the closed windows and one visible electric heater for the unit. Subsequently found an extra...
