"Our hosts greeted us upon arrival & took us around the local area to point out the beaches, markets, restaurants, bus stop, etc.The house was impeccably clean! It had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect.....we were able to walk in to town (although we could have taken the bus), walk to 2 beaches or catch a water taxi to other beaches & had quite a selection of restaurants. I would highly recommend this house!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at Georgio’s villa!!! The beach was down the road! Walking distance Housekeeper daily and they were so happy to accommodate. Magnificent views morning ,noon and evening!!! I could go in and on but saving for next year’s return!!"

"We booked a one bedroom apartment and were upgraded to a three bedroom villa so obviously I'm completely biased. Full disclosure made I'd add that the apartment we had was spacious, good facilities and was a delight. The kitchen was well equipped, really good showers and very comfortable beds. It was a five minute walk to the beach that cost €15/person. Over priced but a minor irritation. There are also two restaurants near by. You'll need your own transport as the local town is a 5 min...

"Panayiota was the perfect host, the property was spotless and well equipped. She graciously upgraded our room for one with jacuzzi because it was too cool to use the pool. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge & complimentary breakfast delivered to our room every morning. She also provided lots of useful information on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Our first time visiting the Greek islands and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. "

"This was an amazing property. We had the executive suite and it was amazing. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with jacuzzis in each. The only thing that could have made it better would be if the outdoor jacuzzi was heated. We had an amazing 6 night stay here and would definitely return."

"The hotel rooms are divine, and whilst our shower didn’t work at first, and then only cold water for another day, it was mended quickly! The staff are very friendly, service a little slow, but the staff are so kind that slow is ok! The views are breathtaking and right outside the door is everything that Oia is famous for! Be warned, if steps aren’t for you, then stay in another of the groups hotels, but I think you get used to the steps! "

"This hotel was incredible. It’s in the heart of Fira so everything you could need is nearby, but once you get to your room, you would never know how close you are to the bustle of the city. The balconies have unbelievable views of the Caldera and the breakfast brought right to you is an amazing touch. The suites are spacious and beautiful and all of the staff is very helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!"
