"We had a fabulous week at The Goatshed in early April. It is a gorgeous, quirky and cosy space to stay. Fida and Chris were the most thoughtful of hosts, so friendly and full of suggestions for great places to visit and always ready to help with anything. The house is excellently well equipped - everything we thought of, even things we thought we were unlikely to find, was somewhere in the house. We were very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Cannot recommend highly enough!"

"We had a wonderful week at kolikitha cottage. Listening to the waves lapping on the beach and being steps away from the sea was fantastic. It is incredibly relaxing and really hard to tear yourself away when it’s time to go home. Can’t recommend highly enough. We will be going again. Christine and team were brilliant."

"Decent small cottage on the beach"

"Exo Mouliana is a little village away from the usual tourist route but lays on the main road so it’s easy to get to places. Other villages we visited would have a winding narrow road you have to navigate for half an hour just to get to the main road. This place is very conveniently located however the house itself is high on the hill so you don’t hear the road or the noise from the centre of the village. In fact it was quiet and peaceful at night and not hot at all thanks to the light night...

"Lovely place owned by lovely people. Apartment was clean and equipped with basic appliances- everything we needed. No TV might be a surprise for some, but we were happy with that. Patio and the garden with play area for kids were very handy. All in all, great place for either families or singles/ couples. "

"This is a perfect holiday home for a family group. There was rooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The welcome breeze off the mountains, the owners advice on keeping windows and shutters closed in the day, and the floor fans absolutely did the job of keeping us comfortable in 38C heat. "What a beautiful villa, with stunning views in total peace and quiet. The pool and garden are lovely with lots of space to relax. The hammock is a great place to read in the shade of the afternoon. "A lovely, small Cretan House with big personality. The patio area is where we all lived for two glorious weeks. The house is on a dirt track which makes the privacy fairly complete. The air conditioning makes sleeping a lot easier. Some of the the local feral cats make their prescence felt and, if you feed a cat once it will demand feeding again. "Upon arrival Clio our host was very helpful.She provided helpful information about the island and recommendations. The hill is steep to get to the property, if you struggle to walk you will need a car! Staying at paradise nest you were able to use the hotel nearby (a 2 min walk) Dionysos. The view is beautiful from here, you are made to feel welcome, the pool is great and the facilities are kept tidy and clear. The bar food is tasty (I wouldn't fault anything with Dionysos).
