January McKinney
The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was plenty big enough for the 7 of us and the beds were pretty comfortable. However the property could use some upgrades inside and outside. The weather was nice for January but no place to sit outside on the small patio that was overtaken by vines. Lots of cracks in the drywall in the house could be fixed and the kitchen was not very well equipped with pots, pans, or utensils for cooking. Owner was very good about responding when I called him about a light not working. Property has a lot of potential, just needs some TLC. Overall we enjoyed our trip.

Needs some missing things
House was clean and bedding was fine There were no hand towels or wash clothes and soap only in one bathroom. The kitchen really needs to be stocked better as there was not enough dishware or drinking glasses for more then 8 people (regular glasses not large wine glasses) Hot water will scald you, needs to be turned down. Yard was very unkept.
