Comfortable and FriendlyPosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: The facilities are beautiful, breakfast was yummy with Texas waffles. I loved the fitness facility.
Cons: Wipes in the fitness room for the equipment and a little more space to do floor work with the weights.
Location: We were in town for an event at UT...so close! Also the hotel staff recommended the Ten-50 BBQ across the freeway --- EXCELLENT!!!
We originally planned to stay for one night. Leslie at the desk was so helpful in finding ways to accommodate our needs to make our stay effortless and comfortable that we stayed a second night.

DisappointingPosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: bed was confortable, room and bathroom was roomy eough.
Cons: Plumbing needs repairs, had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Finally room was done late afternnoon
Location: No "walk to" restaurants.
Water leak on bathroom counter that got everything wet. Reported but not fixed. Room air conditioner was fine, bed was fine, but lobby and breakfast room not cooled even though it was 100 degree day. Fake eggs, very low quality sausage. no bacon.

HOT HUMID UN-AIRCONDITIONED HALLWAYSPosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: That it has taught me some valuable lessons.
Cons: AIR CONDITION THE DARN HALLWAYS. And tell the maid not to mess with the AC settings when she cleans a room. Customers set it as they'd like it to stay
Location: very convenient to UT Dallas
I couldn't believe that the Wyndham name is affiliated with a hotel that refuses to air condition their hallways. Oh, sure the lobby is nice and cozy, but take a deep breath when you enter the elevator, because you'll need the oxygen when you arrive at your floor. The AC in the room wasn't great, either; even after several hours, I wouldn't say the room was anything other that slightly cool. Someone came up and checked the unit, and said it was working fine. Then the next day, the maid turned the thermostat up to 75 while we were away, so we didn't return to a nice, cool room. I did take away 2 valuable lessons from our trip: 1. never stay at this hotel again, and 2. always ask a hotel when I book the room if they air condition the hallways. Since I'm not in my twenties anymore, I've decided I prefer hotels with indoor hallways, now I know that I just can't assume that all indoor hallways will be climate controlled.

Not very comfortable stayPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Price is good
Cons: Fresh air, bigger space and better shower
Location: Richardson, TX
The room is very small, do not have space to turn around in the room and you cannot open the bath room door and at same time if some one need to open the main door. It is a non Smoke facility but our room is full of smoky smell. The show is right on the floor and water run all over the place when taking a shower.

Convenient to Dallas metro areaPosted Jul 6, 2015
We checked in late and the staff was welcoming. The next morning was another story. They were very intent on completing their tasks, not so intent on friendliness or their guests. Overall, I would stay again.

Decent hotelPosted Jul 1, 2015
The pool was closed both days we were there, it wasn't very kid friendly with all the drunk people roaming around at 6:00 in the evening. The hallways were dark and hot, our room smelled. It was also not very clean, the sheets had hair and stains and when opening drawers we found a hair band covered in hair and other items left by other guests. Breakfast was okay, check in and out was simple.
