"Great motel, well appointed. Older style so sound proofing wasn't as good. Dog friendly (at additional cost) but units did not smell of dogs. Only complaint - those of us with extra padding - the toilet was squeezed into a corner with walls either side. Even the less padded members of our group found it cramped."

"The Apollo is extremely well positioned ,we had views of the harbour bridge from the balcony and the Sky Tower from the bedroom. Fantastic! The apartment itself was well laid out and immaculate, very spacious. Check in was efficient and the staff were very pleasant and helpful ,especially when we checked out and required a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel /serviced apartments to anyone staying in Auckland."

"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. The lodge is in a beautiful quiet area of Waiheke and convenient to beaches, restaurants and wineries. We couldn’t get over how serene the area is. Perfect...
