"We had a wonderful time at the apartment by Ms Baker. She was very responsive and provided all the details. The apartment was well-kept and clean when we arrived. I was amazed by the scenery and the location. There were issues with the beds at the apartment though. The main bedroom's bed was creaky and the bunk bed's slates even bent a lot and creaky (making it dangerous). - This is with normal-sized adults. This should be looked into and fixed. Also, there was no washer/dryer in the basement...

"Claude and Joelle do an excellent job communicating and the directions left in the room for anything you could imagine was included. Very close to public transportation. Although I would not suggest 3 people stay in the room due to the size, it was a very clean room, just a bit small for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows are very flimsy, even using 2 at a time they were not very supportive. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"This place was amazing! The staff were so very helpful and guided us with any questions that we had. The room was so clean and beautiful. The hotel was a very short walk to the train station which was a just perfect for us. It was also very near the public trams which was very helpful to get around. We loved our stay so much that we decided to stay another night. This has been our favorite hotel in our one month trip all over Europe. "
