We stayed here for 4 days and everything is walkable. They have restaurants, grocery store just opposite. There is a creek that just next to the property and its beautiful. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service.
