"Nothing like it's description, paid for two suites, no description telling you that you have to take a boat to the hotel, when we got there they had one room not in either catigory that we paid for. Had four twin beds, toilet was broken in half, water was leaking into the room, had no wifi as described, air conditioner did not work at all, door didn't lock. You can't make this stuff up, it just kept getting worse. Takes to others staying at hotel and they had same experience, so it wasn't...

"American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. "

"This had to be the worst experience ever with Hotels.com. We got to this place with our 105 years old grandmother only to find that nobody knew what was going on. We waited for over 2 hours for someone to come to meet us and let us into the apto and nobody came. The front desk were rude and told us they did not have anything to do with the reservation and the phone provided was not in service. After a long wait we had to go rent another hotel. "The service was HORRIBLE!! from the check in they didn't have our reservation, and we have to find a phone numer to call the owner of thr appartment. Nobody told us that we have to pay extra for the cleaning. The place is beautiful but as i said, the horrible service and communications problems, made a bad experience for us. "
