"It was very clean and tidy. The layout was spacious and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. We have friends living in Zug and recommended they tell other friends and family who visit to try to stay there. The location is close to the main train station and close it all the shops and restaurants. The minibar was perfect for back-up if you could not get to the market for drinks. "

"Facilities and hotel standard were excellent but I found some of the small things very disappointing. For almost £900 for two nights I found some of the penny pinching ridiculous. Welcome treats were not replaced (it was a small chocolate!) and the vanity set was repacked into cardboard case rather than replaced - it was opened to use the cotton buds. Excellent hotel but these little things were very disappointing."

"Very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel has a lovely lobby bar and overall a very nice place to stay for crashing overnight for example. Excellent location by the train station and parking also available for cars."

"The location was amazing, even though the road to the house is up the hill, on top of a mountain and very narrow. 2 cars cannot pass each other when the road is at 4000 ft elevation. The listing was wrong. Since travelling with family and kids, I wanted the whole house and that's how I reserved it. 3-days before my check-in, I was informed that the house is shared and I will have to share even the bathroom with other people. This was not what I paid for. So basically I paid for the whole house,...

"This was overnight stop in Switzerland on a long drive to Italy. Since Switzerland is quite expensive, was just looking for a clean, simple place. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Very good breakfast, really good coffee an plenty of choice."
