"This is an incredible value for the money. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You're directly on the Red Sea. If you're looking for Sunshine and swimming or snorkeling you're coming to the right place. If I was going to criticize them for one thing I wasn't satisfied with their free internet service throughout the complex because it would not stay connected. "We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours.
