"We stayed for 2 weeks at the property. We felt safe the entire time. The staff is 5 stars. Dealing with the owner, the driver, the property manager and cooking and cleaning staff just amazing. They're is a bit of a language barrier so have your google translate i'f you don't know Spanish. The property is a bit dated and needs a few renos but just a beautiful spot. "Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room.
