You do have an indoor shower as well but we took full advantage of the outside shower. The pool and beach area was very lovely and I LOVED that there were shady spots for people that need breaks from the sun. The breakfast was great and the servers were all super nice. There were some things we didn't care for here as well. At check in, there was no map to tell you how to get anywhere in the resort. That might not sound like a big deal but rooms are located all over the place and have VERY steep walking conditions to get to your room. No one offered to golf cart us to our room and the incline (40 degrees in sections) was tough especially with luggage. The paths were not sidewalked so you end up dragging your luggage through rocks to get to your room. There were also no signs to take you to the beach/pool area in the front area in fact, there are no signs letting you know that you are at the resort. You enter in a construction zone and then you find the resort through it. Worst situation was beach security. I reserved 2 chairs and umbrella. We went to our chairs that were marked for us but another beach security person kicked us out of our chairs because he promised them to someone else. I am not sure why they were more important than us but that happened. We snorkeled to it right from our beach at about waist deep. There were fish even at a foot of water. The staff was amazing. Every single person worked hard to make the place great. Whomever is doing the hiring is good. Quality people. We had a cabana type on the hill with a private outdoor shower and a great deck. Although it was a bit of a walk up the hill, we loved the privacy. The staff in the golf carts would also come and get you to take you to the beach, or even the store, at any time. Wow what a disappointment of a hotel. Situated on the best spot of the island, on the best reef for snorkeling and they have this 2 stars hotel at a price of a 5 star. Very outdated. Like an old block of apartments. You cannot sit at the swimmimg pool as the ongoing building works won't let you rest . The sunbeds are plastic very worn out and they look like they are few decates old. The umbrellas are ripped, some broken and very worn out. The set up at the breakfast is so low standards that they should be ashamed. Because the actual food there is not that bad. The personel who work there are doing their best. Cups not washed. Coffee maker not cleaned. We were in a junior suite that was not yet renovated so it was just okay. Breakfasts were very good and the young man making omelettes did his job very well. The other staff are very good. It would be nice to have a happy hour so that the guests would mingle a bit and get to know each other a bit and have some fun. The pool and beach bar are amazing. The staff service was friendly and helpful. However, there is a shockingly large multi-story building under-construction that towers over the entire resort. It's probably the tallest building on the entire island. It has been under-construction for 4 years now and seems like it's still a year or so until opening.
