"LOVED the experience. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The view was beautiful. The facilities were pristine. Everything was wonderful except.., The windows were filthy and that ruined the view.. The air conditioning is simply not adequate to cool the room. The room was 77 when I checked in at 2 PM. It was still 74 when I checked out at 5 AM. The air conditioning simply could not cool the room down. The bathroom actually felt like it was blowing warm air. I visited during the beginning...

"The Banana Island Resort has ALL THE POTENTIAL to be a Paradise Island in these parts of the world. Staff service is A1, and always attentive to the guests needs. There is however lots of Areas for Improvement, e.g., Needs many more dining options, Alcohol consumption should be allowed, Construction and Maintenance activities should be better managed when guests, etc."
