"The room and bathroom was really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view was excellent and the area quiet and peaceful. I did not really like the little corner from the dinning area to the room but its a simple matter for a decorator to add some aesthetics To make this property very excellent breakfast should be added to the package."

Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary.
