"We booked the Zanzibar Hotel in February 2019 for a stay in August. The week before we travelled we contacted the hotel to request an airport transfer, which their website said they offered. They replied to our Expedia message by saying that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment but we would be staying in a 'sister' hotel called the Tausi Palace and a driver would pick us up from teh airport and take us there. "Nice place to stay, however u can hear the noise from the hallway n next door. I wish they had grab bars near the toilet seat which is quite low. Older people with arthritic knees like me would have problem rising from the seat. Other than that the hotel is very pleasant. "
