"My friend and I booked our stay for two nights to participate in the Mercy Health Glass Marathon event. Meredith was amazing and provided excellent service the entire time we were there. Christine created a fabulous sign the morning of our run to acknowledge runners and of course we had to take a picture with it, barely awake at 4:30am. The sign was displayed in the breakfast area, which Paulette opened early specifically for the runners. We had friends staying at three other hotels that had none of the ‘extras’ and fantastic service that we experienced. Also the hot tub was the strongest jets I’ve ever seen at any hotel and I’ve been to dozens and dozens throughout my life. The people and service made this a fantastic weekend away and I can’t recommend this hotel enough."

"Very well maintained facility, clean with nice design, loved that they have late stay option till 2 pm, charging stations conveniently next to bed, and very reasonably priced"

"After a ong day of traveling, to be greeted with such warmth by Ms. Cynthia was amazing. Sercive was quick, amazing, and made us feel like we were coming home for a visit. The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and we felt refreshed. My boys were sad to leave. I have already marked this Hotel as a go to for any time we travel. "

"We spent one night in Toledo and hope to return to this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s very new, spotless and staff were efficient and friendly. It’s perfectly located, walking distance to ball park, hockey rink and restaurants. Art museum is a short drive. Only negative was that hotel rooms are not soundproofed and all guests aren’t considerate when returning at 2:00 a.m."
