"The staff were generally excellent. Reception staff were particularly good, as were the breakfast helpers. Loved the breakfast - food was fresh and appealing, dining room very nice. I didn't particularly like the coffee unfortunately. My room had a couple of areas that weren't really clean - one area in the bathroom in particular. Access to transport, Darling Harbour and QVB is fabulous."

"We had a lovely stay. Rooms were well appointed. Great kitchen with plenty of everything to cook for a family. It was quiet and the pool area was well kept and nice optuon with steam and sauna too. Maccas and convenience atores are across the road and great cafes within walking distance. The owners made us feel very welcome "

"The hotel is close to everything, staffs are amazing, price is reasonable, kids love the breakfast there. Downside are: 1. few spots are not very clean, like the top of the fridge is bit sticky. It is the second time we live there, the two different rooms had the same noise from the air con. It was like someone drop a bouncing ball every minute. We were very tired so had no trouble with the noise, but not ideal for someone who can't bear it. "
