During our stay, a staff member came to our room claiming there was a leak downstairs. I assured them that everything was fine in our washroom, as we hadn’t noticed any water. Despite my reassurance, they insisted on checking. After a thorough inspection, they found no issues.
However, about 15 minutes later, another facility staff member arrived for a separate inspection. This unexpected disturbance disrupted our rest, especially considering there was no actual problem. When I raised this concern with the reception, they simply apologized without offering any compensation.
In my experience, other hotels usually provide some form of compensation—such as breakfast or a discount on a future reservation—when inconveniences like this occur. It would have been appreciated if this hotel had followed a similar approach
Moreover, it was written that the hotel has pic-nick area while Barbecue was not allowed and I wish you had mentioned it.
