This was a fantastc stay. The staff was very accommodating. Dog friendly and great food. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be a Kurig in the room. The standard small 2 cup coffee maker was a bit unexpected in such a great hotel.

Staff is super friendly. The upgrade is always nice. Rooms are quiet and clean and comfy. The restaurant is great and you get a discount. The staff at the restaurant are always pleasant

A beautiful property that is kept very clean. There is no breakfast included but still good value for the money because the beds are very comfortable and the bedding is very nice.

We stayed in room 404. This room is under a mechanical unit that came on approximately every 20 minutes and shook the entire room. Someone left a dog in their room and went out and the dog barked until almost midnight. We called the front desk 3 times, but they just waited until the owners came back and nothing was done about the dog. There was mildew in the shower and red bacteria in the drain and along the lower tiles. The sink also smelled musty. The air conditioner didn't work on the automatic setting so the room was too hot. Light from the hallway comes in around the door so the room isn't dark. The laundry soap is scented so the sheets smell perfumed which may or may not both some people. Pros: The pillows are descent. The mattress was fine. The towels are thick. Lots of amenities are provided including a microwave, dishes, cutlery, a basin to wash dishes, tea towels, a dishcloth and dish soap. There is a kettle which many hotels don't seem to provide anymore.

Steam room out of order. Front desk wasn’t very concerned about much. Put me in a room with no bathtub, not the room I thought I reserved online. Black hairs and ear plugs in bathroom and on floor. No parking available because they have events so I had to wait until a staff member left so I could park my car. Definitely not as nice as it used to be.

The organization of the hotel was impressive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The heating in the room was not appropriate, with the temperature often feeling too cold or too hot. This made it difficult to achieve a comfortable sleeping environment. Additionally, the ongoing construction in the surrounding area made driving to and from the hotel challenging.

The room and hotel in general are well maintained and decorated. The foyer is huge, with comfortable chairs and a gas fireplace which would be good for an informal meet. I didn't visit the lounge but the restaurant was well-priced with excellent food. It does not open until 7am though, which may be inconvenient for business travelers. The counter staff were polite and friendly but a little slow getting things done. My room was higher up and near to Yellowhead Trail. There was more noise from traffic than I expected, so if that's an issue ask for a room further away. The only real issue during my stay is that most of the parking lot lighting was not working and I was concerned for my car at night so I parked close to the building at night.
